Before I delve into the multitasking chaos that is my life, I figured I should give you some background about who I am and what I do for a living. When it comes to explaining who I am, the explanation will always depend on the hat I am wearing at any given point in time. My name is Jennifer and I am a happily married 38-year-old female with a house full of four-legged kids. My husband and I had a family of 3 cats and one Mini Schnauzer. Sadly we lost our pup to cancer in July of 2017, but the three kitties remain. Two of our cats are adopted ferals whose mom had befriended us on our back porch many years ago, and needless to say there is never a dull moment in our household.
Due to many changes, I now work in Marketing, after years of IT support, and jobs that were eventually outsourced to India, while working on various online businesses in an effort to work from home full time. My husband also deals with his fair share of frustrations when on multiple occasions he is told that he must work 7 days a week in order to keep his job.
While some may dedicate all their time to one task, I tend to take on too many things at once which commonly results in my not being able to find enough hours in the day to get everything done.
This blog is dedicated to my life experiences as I try to achieve financial independence while balancing life and all the unexpected turns it can throw at you. Check back often as you may never know what I will write about next…..
